Living-Well & Being* Schools Program
We designed a specific package called ‘Living-Well & Being’ for an education setting, focused to work with a wider range of people, supporting those 'Life Transitions' such as bereavement, divorce, culture & diversity, moving home, change of school, bullying, personal/gender identity issues as well as social and emotional difficulties brought about by hardship & poverty.
Sessions can sometimes work towards disentangling difficult feelings such as poor/low self-esteem and confidence, peer pressure, bullying concerns and other distressing situations, which can lead to anger, sadness and stress. It’s hoped this approach can support people understand their own feelings and how they connect to their actions in.
‘Raising awareness for the whole of a community.’
